If they say stop, you stop.Any request to stop ends all contact immediately. Mark the lead Not interested / DNC. No "one more try."

Never contact outside their local hours.8am–9pm in the lead's time zone, not yours — stricter where state law says so (Florida & Oklahoma: 8pm). DAS shows a green/red light on every lead.

Every touch is logged.Timestamped against the lead's local time and consent record — your protection if a claim is ever made.
